Can I also receive packaging samples as a private person?
Due to the minimum order quantity, our packaging is aimed exclusively at companies. For the sake of the environment, we cannot send samples to private individuals for this reason.
Can I also get samples with my own design?
On request, we can send you a test print of your design on your desired material (as printed rollstock, one metre) for a fee. In addition, our packshot tool in your customer profile offers you a photo-realistic view of your designed packaging. This gives you a good impression of your final packaging even before printing and you can take a close look at everything again. You can find out more about this service here.
How long does it take to send the sample kit?
If your shipping address is within Germany or the EU, the sample kit should arrive within a few working days. Deliveries to Switzerland or the UK can take up to two weeks – depending on DHL’s current workload.
