Flexo printing
Here we print your rollstock with a unique printing plate. This process is especially worthwhile if you want to produce more than 10,000 packages (up to 10 million) in the same design.
Digital printing
If you need less packaging per design (less than 10,000 units), we can supply you with flexible rollstock using digital printing. This process is much more flexible and therefore suitable for smaller quantities

What are the advantages of flexible rollstock?
Rollstock, i.e. packaging film without conversion, can be individually cut to length and width. They are mainly used by customers who have their own packaging machine and therefore seal their packaging themselves.
Rollstock is also required if filling and sealing are necessary at the same time (for example, when packaging bars).
For which packaging sizes does Veloxglobaltrade offer rollsstock?
Individual sizes are possible for flexible rollstock. In digital printing, the maximum width is 740mm, the maximum height 1100 mm, due to the machines. Within these dimensions all sizes are possible. However, the minium order quantity is 200 linear metres.
Which wrapping schemes are possible?
We are very flexible with the wrapping schemes and can offer all options.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We are able to optimally implement everything from very small quantities to large orders. In our inventory analysis, we evaluate the cost-optimal solution together with you.
For which packaging machines is rollstock suitable?
There are no exclusions here on our part. VFFS and HFFS machines are particularly suitable, but we can also find a suitable solution for all other machines.
What is the price for flexible rollstock?
